No. Choose one of our three pre-designed models. Existing plot documents help us review the location. We do not offer construction of custom house designs.

No nationwide approval is promised. The model must be reviewed for your plot, local requirements and necessary technical documentation.

We offer only the three models with fixed layouts and defined specifications. Custom house design, layout changes and personalised packages are not offered. Plot-specific planning and required documentation are clarified separately.

The house package is supplied in the confirmed model specification. This defines wall elements, windows, entrance door, roof components and other included items, as well as services to commission separately.

A suitable building partner carries out construction under a separate quote. Availability at your building location must also be confirmed.

Repeatable models are intended to simplify planning, quantity calculations and purchasing. Any savings must be established by comparing quotes with equivalent quality and scope.
