The three BUILDY models have defined specifications. Individual wall elements are assembled on site.
Defined components
Wall specifications, openings and components follow the model design. External walls, load-bearing internal walls and other partitions are defined in the model documentation and specification.
Review for the location
A fixed model does not replace a plot review. Required project planning, structural engineering and technical documentation are clarified before commissioning. Custom redesign is not offered.
Construction by a partner
A suitable partner builds the model to approved project documentation. System knowledge, responsibilities and availability are checked; construction is quoted separately.
