The specification accompanying your quote defines materials, finishes and supply scope for the model. We offer defined model packages.

Wall system
Perlite-based wall elements for the selected model. External walls, load-bearing internal walls and other partitions are clearly specified in the scope.
02 / BUILDING ENVELOPE
Windows, door & roof
Windows, the entrance door and roof components follow the defined model specification. The scope lists included components, accessories and any roof covering.
03 / DEFINED SPECIFICATION
Facade & interior finishes
Materials and finishes are defined by model. The specification confirms whether facade and decorative panels are included. Custom material or design choices are not offered.
04 / PROJECT SERVICES
Planning & delivery
Model documentation, plot-specific planning and structural engineering are clarified in advance. Transport and unloading are itemised for your location.
The specification confirmed with your quote is binding. A house package is not a turnkey home.

Location, plot and planning status are recorded. We clarify whether the chosen model can be built under the local requirements.

Clarify the quote
Your quote specifies the model design, supply scope and costs for planning and logistics. Construction is quoted separately.

Delivery & construction
Once requirements are clarified, delivery and the build programme are coordinated. The partner builds to the approved project documentation.
04 / THE WALL SYSTEM
Element by element. Assembled on site.
Perlite-based wall elements are assembled dry without mortar or adhesive. Individual elements are delivered to the building site and assembled into the house.
Wall specifications and components follow the defined model design. Plot suitability and required technical documentation are reviewed for each project.

Can I enquire about a model now?
Yes. You can register interest in BUILDY ONE, BUILDY FAMILY or BUILDY PLUS. Availability, scope and prices are confirmed before a binding quote.
Do I need my own house design?
No. Choose one of our three pre-designed models. Existing plot documents help us review the location. We do not offer construction of custom house designs.
Are the models approved throughout Germany?
No nationwide approval is promised. The model must be reviewed for your plot, local requirements and necessary technical documentation.
Can I change the layout or specification?
We offer only the three models with fixed layouts and defined specifications. Custom house design, layout changes and personalised packages are not offered. Plot-specific planning and required documentation are clarified separately.
What is delivered?
The house package is supplied in the confirmed model specification. This defines wall elements, windows, entrance door, roof components and other included items, as well as services to commission separately.
Is construction included?
A suitable building partner carries out construction under a separate quote. Availability at your building location must also be confirmed.
How could this save money?
Repeatable models are intended to simplify planning, quantity calculations and purchasing. Any savings must be established by comparing quotes with equivalent quality and scope.
